SMS/Text Messaging Consent Policy
Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions ("Dynamic," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Message Service) text messaging to communicate directly with clients and candidates who have provided consent. Our text messaging is conducted on a one-to-one basis between our staffing team and the individuals we work with. We do not run mass marketing text campaigns. This section describes how we collect consent, how we use text messaging, and your rights regarding text communications.

Consent Requirements
By providing your mobile phone number via our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages at the phone number provided. Because our messaging is one-to-one and directly related to staffing and recruitment activity, most messages you receive will be informational and conversational rather than automated marketing. Your consent is not a condition of any placement, service, or employment opportunity.

Consent may be obtained through:

  • Web forms that link to our Privacy Policy
  • Written consent on service agreements, contracts, applications, or onboarding documents
  • Verbal consent documented by our team
  • A third-party application or platform through which you apply or engage with us
  • Replying "YES" or an affirmative keyword to an opt-in request
  • Texting us first, or replying to a message from your Dynamic contact, which we treat as your consent to continue communicating by text

Message Frequency
Because our text messaging is one-to-one and tied to active recruitment and staffing conversations, message frequency varies based on your individual situation and the stage of your engagement with us. You will generally receive messages only when there is something relevant to discuss, such as an active job search, an open role, an interview, or an assignment in progress.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of text messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Dynamic:

  • Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message
  • Reply directly to your Dynamic contact and ask to stop receiving texts
  • Email us and request removal from text messaging
  • Call your Dynamic contact or our main office to request removal

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your request to be fully processed. Opting out of text messages will not affect your candidacy, placement, or the services we provide to you. Where necessary, we may still reach you by phone or email regarding time-sensitive matters related to an active assignment or placement.

Information We Collect via Text Messaging
When you opt in to text messaging, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Consent timestamp and method
  • The content of our text conversations as part of your recruitment or client record

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text messaging consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with our messaging service providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?

Are Cookies Used on the Site?

Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged on and the site is unused for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log the Authorized Customer off.

How does Dynamic use login information?

Dynamic uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?

Dynamic has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors.  Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.

How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?

All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?

We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting . However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?

We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
